GOVERNANCE
Participate in PA governance in meetings held monthly and led by three of our senior PA’s. Our PA’s also participate in provider meetings monthly.

AUTONOMY
PAs have independent office hours after thorough training. You have access to a physician for consultation 24/7/365.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Learn numerous different and challenging endoscopic and open procedures from assisting in surgery in one of our 12 state of the art surgery centers.
EDUCATION
Learning never stops. We believe education is critical for providers. We have an intense orientation and onboarding program with didactics, handouts, and provider education manuals. In addition, we have monthly journal club for ongoing education. Education is a part of our culture, and to that effect you are expected to read, learn, and ask questions daily.
